Brand redesign for annual local summer event, Edmonton Heritage Festival.

Heritage Fest is the world’s largest three day multiculturalism celebration and has been held annually in Edmonton since 1976. Occurring during the August long weekend, this family friendly event hosts up to 480,000 attendees who come to see many different countries showcasing their history, culture, food and dance. This event has become a staple in Edmonton’s summer event calendar, and aims to celebrate cultural diversity in a fun, energetic, and vibrant environment. 

The goal of this design is to convey the festival’s energetic spirit and attract Edmontonians looking to attend a summer cultural event.
